Thread: Class 3 Solid Petro

It shifted in on Shadowfire not too long ago, but I didn't bother getting any.
The quality was so bad that my regular vibro motors were faster and only
about 3 max damge less...so I wasn't impressed...

1. Expensive travel.
2. Self-interest.
If you do a search on swgcraft.com across all servers you'll notice that class 3 solid tends to shift onto Yavin4, Dathomir, and Endor. Though no hits show up on Lowca, I've seen it for sale in auction, so I would guess that we few who actually contribute to swgcraft.com aren't visiting those planets often enough. I, for example, am currently the #2 contributor for Lowca, and I did my first Dath survey last night, and I've never made updates for Yavin 4.
As for self-interest, if the resource is rare and uber, you can be sure I'll be giving my PA mates a chance at the best spots before updating swgcraft.com. It's not like anyone tips us surveyors for all the work we do. That being said, I'd be very happy with more competition, as I really don't enjoy this type of work.
I'm new to weaponsmith and been unable to find an answer to my question regarding this.
Class 3 petro solid (according to all the same I have ever got) does not have a rating for SR or UT, I realise that this is used in the the production of VK's and advanced vibro units, but is quality really an issue, does OQ matter in this case, as none of the stats make any experimental difference to the final product.
I'd love someone to refer me to the right place or answer this as this is really the only part of crafting I never really got to grips with.

OQ matters not one bit. You can use any Class 3 you have, and it won't change the final outcome. Why even make it a required resource, you might ask. Well, don't ask me.

Class 3 Solid has been on Starsider, but not in a while. SWGcraft.com's past data was wiped a little while ago (mid December or so), and the last shift of Class 3 Solid was before the wipe.
Youwon't find Eweowirism Doonium Iron or Refow Link-Steel Aluminum on SWGcraft.com either, but they were definitely there with the earlier resource shifts and were on SWGcraft.com at one time.
