As if crit fails, random exp. rolls, and slice effects were not enough to make rare loot worthless in weapons... you can also add random server side disconnects when crafting to the rare loot eater list. Don't waste more time on a customer service ticket ether you just get an automated message saying sry for your troubles... as if that helps lol.
