Quest reward from imp theme park. So are the rifle barrels. Which are not very useful since they can only be used in Tusken rifle

They are comparable to an Advanced Stock but 0.0 HAM penalty. Usually I like to get the Adv Stock HAM cost down to 12 or 15 and this takes away from overall damage. These puppy's do it without a HAM cost and I highly recommendNOT making a Disruptor or any other high end specialty weapon without them. Other than tissues, probably the better of attainable loot out there since many of them tend to Double the HAM penalty instead of diminishing it (can you spell Bile Rancor).

The biggest difference, which you failed to note, is that these weapons also produce a weapon that is almost a full second faster than one made with an Advanced Stock. Though the damage is slightly worse (25/30 compared to my 40/40) the -.5 speed is much better than the +.4 most advanced stocks fall into. Now at some point most Players max out on speed, but until then the extra speed can make a .huge. difference, particularly for commando weapons with the 2x speed delay for their specials.
