Thread: Powerups: Decay or Nay?

Just wondering if powerups indeed increase the rate of decay on a weapon. I've heard yes and no, thought I'd ask you guys here.

yes they do, there was a post in artisan forum a few month ago that proves this..

In short the test result ended up something like this..



  • shooting 100 times with powerup decayed weapon 20 points

  • shooting 100 times without powerup decayed the weapon 2-3 points

Also using overcharged shot decay weapon more etc.. etc..

Powerups and overcharge shot massively increase decay rate, slicing has no effect.
