I'm sure this question has been asked 5000 times, but i just can't be arsed to do a search on it

You only need to answer this with a yes or a no, hehe.

Do a weapon repair never fail if a master weaponsmith does it when the weapon's condition is over 50%, and do the stats always stay the same if repaired with the same conditions as the first question?

i never understood why people need to act stupid when i comes to these things. If its not a sticky then answer the guys question.

to answer your question there is no stat given to a weaponsmith that helps repair a weapon or any other item. Repairs can be done equally no matter what your profession is. Now like me i do have skill tapes that i add to my cloths that gives me weapon repair so i would have a better chance of repairing the wepaon that somone that doesnt have this mod. also using weapon repair kits that are at least 98% increases the chances. from what i have witnessed the lesser the overall % of remaining durablity the more likely the item will fall apart if you attempt to repair it.

Weapon and armor repair was borked with the last patch. There are no details except that it is broken and random now.
