Hey all,

Upon examining the schematic description of said pistol it states, 'Requires Pistols 3 of Marksman to use'. A friend of a friend just got to pistols 3 of marksman so I gifted him one of my modified republics. However, on equip he got the uncertified message and upon firing the thing it was confirmed that he was indeed uncertified.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I can only guess that perhaps they moved it to Novice Pistoleer along with the standard republic.

Yes they did move the cert for the EnhancedRepublics to Novice Pistoleer along with the regulars. It all came in one package. They just haven't removed that little line from the schematic yet.
