No one knowsyet.The only guy who's posted that he has a schematic didn't say anything about requirements, other than that it requires some loot drop component from the corvette which he doesn't have yet.

Awesome, riflemen get something new, I hope it does stun damage and is +1000 max damage at 1.2 speed and high accuracy at point blank and ideal, oh yeah, and at max range too.

How many weaponsmiths only make rifles now?

theres probably close to 10 for 3 ranged professions, and only 1 for 4 melee professions, bad ratio

I think the guy meant USEFUL weapons. Only theScythe (and somewhat the NS Lance)come into the catagory. The rest are tivial display weapons.
