OK I know Weaponsmithing is like magic and you never reveal your tricks. but when some one hands you a half dozen of these and says they will pay tons for a weapon made with them you gotta look.
So What do they go in? I checked every sub component available to master. Am I just over looking it?
Thanks

Bile soaked rancor tooth can be used in the place of sword cores. If someone is willing to pay you money uber for rykk blades cleavers curved swords go for it.
I made some bile soaked rancor teeth, and surprise surprise I was not impressed at all. From the description you think that the teeth might give the weapons a lowlevel poison, or disease. All they do is top out the damage higher, at the expense of low end damage.
Not sure if the stats on the teeth migrate, but the ones i got 15 to 65 are horrid. Then again some people are not too bright.

I had one tooth that was 7/77 much to my suprise it made a pretty killer sword. 2handed curved with a max damage of over 360 , had a really good damage slice on it too.
Overall rancor swords usually suck. It would be nice to see a disease dot added to the "Bile soaked" teeth.

I've heard mixed things on the Rancor teeth . seems its a matter of the spread ont he Tooth. like a 5/50 +1.0s from apprents is poor to an advanced Core. but like stated a 7/77 is good . I'm just working WS what would a good spread on a tooth be since i can't make Advaned sword cores yet.
