Well I have busted my butt over the last week or 2 and have finaly gotten almsot every resource needed to be an efficient WS, or at least I hope so anyways.
I have been going nuts gathering resources and all I need now is to figure out what to experiment on when I am crafting parts and stuff.
Well I crafted this featherweight FWG5 with looted reinforcement casings and although it is not as good as I have seen out there by far but for a first go I thoguht it was pretty good so I figured I would share
CLICKY
This weapon will be one that is in a chest for the treasure hunt on Saturday. (The #1 Crafted Weapon part is not because I think its #1 on server or anything, just the first Etcetera weapon and I should have looked at that before clickign submit, could have worded it better)
Any comments or suggestions are appreiated...especialy on how and where to put my experimentation points when making components and final guns.
Thansk!!!
I want to say that it isnt bad for your first try... here is how I recomend crafting... start by making a non-enhanced fw FWG5 first ... this will give you your baseline... you may have gone overkill on the SAC I am not sure. On the sub components max out the SAC experiementation then put the rest into damage. if you can cap both damage and sac put the left over points into speed.
On final assembly you want to right down the numbers you get before exp this is good info to have so you will know how your enhancers will affect your final product. Then experiement on SAC first to get it close to the cap I like to get to about SAC 70 on fw FWG5 first then start experimenting on damage to cap the damage then put the rest inot SAC to cap SAC then put any left over in speed.
Now that you know your baseline for your final product you will now know how much you will need to experiment on SAC for the enhancers if your baseline is 73 SAC on the fw FWG5 and you used APFM that had SAC -8 and your enhancers have a -8 then then you know you can experiement the SAC down to -16 if your baseline was 72 then you need to only experiment down to -15 SAC. This is just my suggestion.
It isnt as important to do this on the fw FWG5 as it is on an ALR. You want to make sure that you arnt wasting exp points anywhere.
nutshell: subs do SAC then Damage then Speed Final: Do Damage then SAC if you want to cap damage or SAC then damage if you want to cap SAC... it should be possible to cap both.
one last tip experiment 1 point at a time... dont do multiple points in one shot.
Good luck and let us know how your next reinforced casing fw FWG5 turns out.
