We wont be getting a role in the production of the new ranger traps.
Look here for the devs comments.
I wil continue to debate the issue, but it seems to be pretty much decided allready.
Sorry for bringing bad news as the first act as correspondent. Being able to be a part of the trap crafting would have been nice, but would also have been a niche.
This would have been neat, but I fear I only got in, in the end of the discussion. Hopefully from now on I will be able to represent us at the beginning of discussions like these

Meh, wasn't really on my list of big issues. Would probably have to go collecting creature resources anyway, ugh.
/here's to Rangers getting some lovin', even if it changes their profession completely

Can't say I am bothered either. They may be acash cowfor a while butI get more than enough custom orders and if they're anything like crafting nades used to be I won't miss it at all. (I haven't checked resource/component requirements if indeed they are known at this time).
edit... Okay seen the res requirements, they seem straight-forward enough but i'm glad the Rangers are getting some love.
