Cancsr'sadd serial numbers to items? Has anyone tried opening a ticket for this sort of thing?

asked csr they said the ones withotu serial cannot be adjusted and are complete loss so dont bother i destroyed mine!

BULL they add all kinds of crap all the time to this game they can't take a specific part in the environment and tag the serial number on it?
hard to believe they cant do that but the can translocate you to 0,0 on dathomir.......hhmmmmm
