Weaponsmithing is based on resources. The newer smiths usually don't have access to the kind of resources the older smiths have.

With that said,

Nemesix, Yaman, Posli, Honvik, and Kazara have all been around for a long time.

Trucido Phasmatis-- Nerfed and cancelled

Sauer Siggy-- Nerfed and cancelled

TheBride--Nerfed even more, and cancelled even sooner.
