In terms of damage there will be little to no difference between a MWS weapon and a FS MWS weapon. The difference shows up in terms of Condition, Accuracy and HAM.

In order to become FS, you need to get 3 'Jedi' POI badges (Obi Wans House, Ruined Jedi Temple on Dant and Exar Kuhns temple on Yavin IV), 1 'dangerous' POI (like the Sarlacc Pit, for example) and 6 other POI badges. You also need at least 1 profession badge, and 5 'content' badges (Corvette, Themeparks or Warren badges; not sure if 'Live Event' badges count for this or not). Once you get your badges, do /che and you should have an "Inner glow of the force" (or something like that).

Shortly thereafter (maybe a day or so) you should get a visit from an Old Man, who will give you a force crystal. A while after that, you'll be attacked by two Shadow Sith, who are pretty easy to kill. Once you loot them, you get a disk with a WP to a Sith camp. Go there and kill the Sith at the camp (again, pretty easy to kill). You should loot another disk that has the WP to the village on Dathomir.

Fly to the Science Outpost on Dath and take the 5-minute ride to the village. Once there talk to an NPC named Quarhoc (not sure on the spelling, but his name starts witha 'Q'). He gives all the Force Sensitive crafting quests. Complete his quest and you'll unlock one of the FS crafting branches for that Phase. The village has four Phases, which change every three weeks, so it will be about 3 months to unlock all four FS crafting branches. Once you unlock a branch, you can convert your normal crafting xp into FS Crafting xp (at rates ranging from 5-1 to 30-1, depending on type of crafting xp). Then start grinding, grinding, grinding, grinding, grinding to level up in Force Sensitive crafting (it will take a long time ).

If you did any holo grinding, and you unlocked 4 or moreof your holo professions you should get some free unlocks. Not exactly sure how the free unlocks work, because I didn't get any. There should be plenty of other 'how-to' guides available to tell you that.

Hope this helps.

There is likely a very tiny differencebetween the two...

FS Crafting allows an increase in the assembly roll (less crit fails) and an increase in the number of exceptional successes, due to an increase in the experimentation roll.

Because the exceptional successes are not always granting the full 9% on the completed gun - the only difference between the MWS weapon and the FS MWS weapon, potentially is zero - small increase in condition and/or efficiency.

A gut feel would peg it at perhaps 50-80 condition.
