Hi all!
I am thinking about going WS with my alt.
Now. I have a question....how do I get 12 pts? Sorry for my noob question, but I am a bit confused.
Do I have to do the crafting quest in the Village? or do I need some clothing attachments?

Clothing attachment to the value of 20 or morewill give you the 2 extra points

how do you get the first 10 pts? Sorry for the nubb question..

By Mastering Weaponsmith, you get a +100 weapon experiment mod. You get 1 point per 10 points of the mod. +110 = 11pts, +120 = 12pts.
