Hello all my fellow weaponsmiths and anyone else nosying around in here.
Ive been thinking about krayt tissues and gorax shards etc recently and have been wondering how they should be more diverse. as of now its only really the max damage that counts with speed been a bonus now that the initial high Dps is better than damage spate of weapons.
seen as tissues are generally classed as been good from around 110-170damage, anything above still seems quite rare, tissues under this dont get much chance of making a weapon worth much.
so i came up with the idea of adding min damage in there too, kinda like acklay bones (dont know if they still do, havent seen a post cu bone yet) and adding Sac cost in too (like the Spider Fangs of old) and not just -x so you could get tissues like this;
set 1; set 2;
6x6x
Min damage+24Min Damage +56
Max damage+142Max Damage+113
Speed -0.41Speed -0.37
Sac +2 Sac -3
Quite clearly as tissues stand now set 1 would be 30 damage or so better than set 2, but if they had the added stats i think set 2 would be more appealing to me as a WS because of the overall quality of the weapon would be better.
And i see no reason why they shouldnt already be like this seen as they have already split our Exp. lines to affect different stats.
I just think overall weapons would be far more interesting to craft, and could be made more personalised for custom requests in this way.
