Or has the CU changed that as well? And if so please explain how it works atm(I have some nice Gorax and Krayt atm and I am trying to find out what kind of tissues of Shards I need to max my weapons damage and get the lowest speed)

Yeah from my use of them the damage stats carry over so you would get ABPH Damage + Damage stats from Tissue. And same for PFM + Gorax Bones.
I think the speed modifier is 1 decimal point off for sub-components though so 0.5 becomes 0.05

To a certain extent, yes. At the very least, it means you can save an experimentation point or two for SAC instead of speed on your ABPH.

I wouldnt say neglectable..... most people seem to experiment on speed mostly for subcomponents so if you whack a -0.5 speedtissue onto a ABPH its its a nice bonus.
Just bear in mind if you experiment your enhanced ABPH to -2.5 speed... its only actually going to decuct -0.25 from the final weapon.

So far from my test prototypes about 980ish using best res on Chimeara (harneelar, danium, enif quadianetc.) with a DPS of 310+ for T21 but thats with a high SAC. Over 1000 if you are lucky enough to findone with apre-cu stock before the damage stats got nerfed.Scatters are 380-780 with High SAC of 116 and around 312 dps. For the scatters I have ordinary pre cu handlers and scopes which give similar dps but wth a very low SAC, about 85 but can't be sure. Can't remember exact stats as I'm at work. .However, i'd probably put a form fitted stock inthe T21as well for the extra damage and speed if the tissues are nice enough. If you want a custom build let me know or drop me an email.

Thanks for the explination, So I will be looking for 160+ tissues for a T-21 (with max damage) (5 needed right) and I need only 1 for a HC scatter right?
I will drop you a mail once I get my hands on some nice tissues
