Just a quick question here, I am new to the WS profession, so I was curious... a 12pt smith, does this refer to 12 points in CA/AA's for Weapon Assembly or Weapon Experimentation? Any help here would be great

can refer to both, but in general people say 12pt meaning experimentation as this is most important. And it means they have CAs with +20 experimentation giving them 120 altogether, this gives 1 exp per 10points-hence 120/10 =12point
