Thread: what are good stats on scatter pistols

so can i get a list of some of the highest stats you guys have made on scatter pistols? im a little curious to see how mine stacks up

Forget about scatters, go featherweight FWG5 for a way better pistol.

One question I had was, if you have pretty decent Krayt tissues, how many does it take for the fwg5 vs hc scatter? And would it be worth using more tissues for one fwg5 or using a few on a few diff scatters to get a good set of pistols...i know that scatters were 1 tissue pre CU but I havent talked to Mor-Dan lately to find out if its changed...lol. I try not to bother him as much anymore because his new found duties as Corr. are rough i'm sure.


Oh, and Guul, can you send Kelvik a waypoint to your shop, he's my wanderhome character, and I'm looking for a good weaponsmith.

It's a mix, My SAC and Speed Crafted ones are post CU, my multi-tasker is Pre-CU, and my best, 948 Max, 1.76 Speed, 900 Modded DPS is Post CU


I have at ton in the 900-930 range also that I use to grind and stuff.

As a Pistoleer BH, and with three others in kind in my guild, I own no less than 7 Top Shelf Scatters, and none of my friends use anything other Scatters.

Are they crafted pre-cu? If so they are probably the ones that converted nicely.

Post-cu Featherweight FWG5 > Scatter.

Featherweights can go to 966 thou and they have the added +15 accuracy

and I would really like conformatin that the accuracy bonus even works on the featherweight, I used it many times and my normal FWG5 was hitting harder and faster, yet the feather had spiderfangs and had better stats.../ponder


It looked so much better on paper, but choked in the field...lol

I'm not a MWS..But I am a MBH, MP and really wanted to know what some of the best stats are now on a scatter pistol too.

I don't belive you posted right to some people..I think everyone who posted here needs to re-read the first message.. To help the ones that are alittle slower in life..HE's looking for stats not which is a better pistol!!!!!!

Unenhanced? Or enhanced? Enhanced then the cap is 948 and you can't go higher, pretty easy to hit with decent tissues.


Unenhanced, well I only experiment on damage on the final product, not the sub-components and my max damage is about 775 or so - I could do with some better doonium iron
