I think to get -8 sac you need at least 7points (with an amazing success?) and I drop the
other 5 points in Damage..


It seems like damage is capped during the Final creation. Be sure to use all pre CU components for max damage least impact on SAC.

2 questions:


a. if u max sac reduction on the handler, how many points do u need in the final combine to cap sac..


b. what tissue do u need to cap damage if u also want to cap sac.
