made a heavy lightningrifle with krayt tissues and the themepark stocks -.5 speed 25-50 damage...
blaster handlers came out as 15-110 damage -2.82 speed 2 sac
final product 528-1139 (after slice) speed 2.44 sac 124
a regular one i make with 15-46 ish -1.6 ish -6 sac comes out to 2.6 ish 470-965 ish sac 95 unsliced
now why o why does the krayt one suck soooo much? is it cause i went BEYOND the speed cap or something?

a) U didn't experiment your ABPH on SAC enough
b) use a FF weapon stock
The result is this extremly high SAC

Your blaster handler is really -0.282. I experiment all my componets that have SAC to -9 then put my remaining points into speed. Final assembly I max out damage or hit the cap if possible. Then I decide on where to put remaining points depending on what SAC I'm looking for. For custom weapons like this I use pre-curb stocks for the -20 SAC and pre-curb scopes for +17 accuracy with no speed penalty. Requires less points to get the 50 damage back from not using a themepark stock then it would trying to get the -20 SAC.
Here's a HLR I made for my BH/Rifleman with roughly -.40 90 tissue.

Should mention I can match the DPS of my Krayt one when I make my high DPS model, but it has 116 SAC, lower damage but lower speed. With a good PuP on my krayt I can lower my mod speed quite a bit and still keep the accuracy at a reasonable level. One of these days I may actualy get it sliced.
