Yeah well just wondering how many extra points you need in SEA's to be a 12 pt weaponsmith?
Just looted me a plus 12 SEA and need to know how much more I need for my weaponsmithing suit.

+20 wepon exp will give you your 12 points. so you need to track down another +8

A single point equals one tenth of a skill point: SEA +8 = Experimentation +.8
This if you have said SEA with +12 it would be applied as +1.2 to experimentation.
The cap for any skill mods through teh use of a SEA is +25, there's no benefit going beyond +20 since it equates to +2.0 exp and would yield 12 points of exp at mastery.
