Scope is the one to make for PvP power ups asd I call em. I get these to 32.5 Min Dmg/16% speed and they fly off the vendor for those who know there mitigation math...

You use windows sys32 fdsk utility on StarWars Galaxies program files for 2.4Gb of damage! StarWars Galaxies: An Empire Developed is no more!!

Yes, I think its a coupler. You can also make speed the secondary on this (I have made 32% min damage 15% speed before)
