I have +20 to weapon assembly and I have noticed NO DECREASE in the amounts of moderates or crit fails. As a matter of fact I had a run the other night where on first assembly I had 5 crits in a row with my skilltape clothing on. Now I do get far more amazings so they are doing something but you would think the crits would be a thing of the past once you reach a certain point with the assembly bonus's.
