Form fitting stocks and precision tuned scopes are one of the rewards from the factional themeparks. Its random as to which you get.

HIgh Power Vibro Motors come from Nym's minions and Nyms Droideka on Lok. I've seen +20 and +26 to max damage in drops as large as 4.

do the motors come from any particular mob in any particular part of nyms? a wp would be cool
tho i did once get some +20s stood at the shuttle!

Any of the Nym's pirates NPC'scan drop the various blaster power handler, vibro blade unit, or projectile feed mechanism enhancements. Higher level npc's give you a chance for larger sets or better quality items.
The Form-Fitted Stock and Precison Tuned Weapon Scope are reward items for the Imperial Themepark only. You will not get these items running the Reb themepark. The stock is a valuable item that replaces a crafted advanced stock. It does a bit less damage but reduces weapon speed by about .8 compared to crafted stocks and has no ham cost either. The scopes are inferior to crafted stocks so there is no reason whatsover to use them or keep them.
