Thread: Rainbow gem crystaline gemstone

OQ is the only stat that matters on rainbow gem for a ws but how valuable this is depends on how often and how good past spawns of this have been on your server.
if the previous spawn was 3 weeks earlier and the OQ was above 900 then you might not be able to sell much for example 
what i would suggest you do is put this as a price check on your server trade forums.
www.swgcraft.com or www.swg-resources.com will get you resource lists and the important stats for most everything by profession so you can figure out what to harvest and who to sell it to

i know that this mineral is only specifically used in crafting T-21's. i am on Wanderhome, i found a pocket of 80% efficiency. The stats are nothing to get excited about.
But is this a rare and valuable mineral to WS?
I am a new resource provider
(mainly on bazzar untill i can afford larger harvies, and my own vendor),
i plotted down three harvies on the 80% zone. does the fact that its low quality concern WS? or is it a very rare mineral and you guys will take it any way shape and form????
Should i not bother on harvesting it, and wait till a better spawns comes along???

Yes, according to SWGcraft. rainbow gem crystal gemstone is needed for the crafting of the T-21.

Hmmmm....I'm pretty sure they need Gallinorian something crystalline gemstone, not sure if it was rainbow though

Also need atlantium carbonate ore for T21's, got a 900 OQ on scylla not to long ago

Thank you I honestly couldn't remember, but I believe there are other types of Rainbow gem, so I was just clarifying.

Part if his question brings up a question.
He mentioned about Rainbow Gem Crystalline Gemstone is only used in T21's. Is this true? i am not capable of making these guns yet, as i am a 4-4-3-3 Weaponsmith, and still getting a handle on which resources i'll need to stock up on to make weapons that will be hot sellers such as T21's.

There's no other types of Gallinorian...it's all Gallinorian Rainbow Crystalline Gemstone.
Incidentally, Ahazi recently had a spawn of 994 OQ Gallinorian (gotta love it). Best stuff the server has spawned to date.OQ is the only experimental property in Weapon Scopes, Acid Stream Launchers, Heavy Particle Beam Cannons, and Lightning Beam Cannons which require generic crystalline gemstones. So it's not exclusively an ingredient in T21s. Keep that in mind.
I guess there's not a very high demand for those weapons, but who knows what's going to happen after the combat rebalance.
