It greatly depends on your tissues if you're crafting an enhanced weapon. I made a 78 SAC/900 dmg DL44 XT today. You will be able to hit 70, but a good chunk of your damage will be forfeited.

I didn't check the weapon caps post before I wrote this, but I am pretty sure the pistol cap for SAC is 75. It's easy enough to try to go under that, but it yells at you if you do. I'm almost positive I've made some scatters and republics that capped me at 75.

sorry but you're wrong

Heavy Weapons: 100SAC
Rifles: 82SAC
Carbines: 73SAC
Pistols: 65SAC

I think you'd need close to 200 dmg tissue to get sac to 70 and cap damage.

get some some really good tissues and u can get near or slightly above 900 dam with that sac. on my server anyway

haha, apparently it was 65 I hit then. I've only did the test once just so I didn't waste points in the future trying to go under the CAP. After doing some tests with friends though, I was told it didn't move much at 75 and I think I took that as the SAC cap instead of 65. Oh well, I can't remember everything
