I got some red ones the other day that lower SAC by 12. Also got some nice yellow cubes. Are there any weaponsmiths that still use the parts?

on some weapons like the DRX Rifle, you need cubes, you can also use them in Geo reinforcement/sword cores. Someone out there will still use them
