I'v been going through the WS forum here to get info on the NSEL before I hunt up the components and get one made for me. I keep seeing people say that it's broken. Please confirm for this humble pikemen on this issue.

As darkness falls, Night unfolds ebone wings and wraps the world in darkness. I am a Dark warrior of my world, where the sky's are shadowed from light and rain wash's away from the evidence. You see Glowing eyes in the dark night.........perhaps the last thing you may see.

I made one about 2 weeks ago, can't remember the exact stats, but it was about 310 base dps when I went into nothing but dps. I only assume that the SAC was horrible though.

the problem is, it has blast damage, so you will hit for a magnificent...1
