Well those tissues won't get you a good rifle if any at all, since you'll need atleast 4 for Adv. Laser (no cert, CL 54)and 5 for Heavy Lightning Rifle (MBH, CL54).

As for a carbine i'd recommend E-11 Mark 2(CL 54, can't remember if it requires a proff) or Elite (CL 54, MBH i think). I can't remember how many each take for tissue i know one will take 3 though.

I've got 3 Toons:

Temp1: MCM/MCarb/Doc4000
Temp2: MCM/MBH/Carb0400
Temp3: MCM/MBH/Rifle4000

I've got 3 Tissues: 122, -36

My questions are:

1) Which Carbine for Temp1 and Temp2?
2) Which Rifle for Temp3?
3) What would be the aprox. best stats on the Carb/Rifle with the tissues AND balanced between damage/sac/speed?
4) What would be the aprox. best stats on the Carb/Rifle with the tissues AND maxed out on damage?
5) What would you as a WS suggest if not 3) and 4)?
