Not much of anything anymore. Adv Lasers are alot easier to make (fewer resources and non-named resources to boot) and are easier to Krayt only taking 4 tissues as opposed to 6 for a T21. Pre-CU the T21 had a tighter damage range and heavy armor piercing making it the preferred weapon for the rifleman. The Laser Rifle (now known as the Advanced Laser Rifle) had a notoriously horrid minimum damage and so therefore was not the weapon of choice against players with ranged damage mitigation 3 as well as only having medium armor piercing. One drawback to the T21 was and continues to be the inability to add a scope to the weapon.
What rifles specifically are you seeing with accuracy bonuses and is it listed near the top as if it were a mod'd weapon or is it in the stats where you'd expect to see an accuracy bonus?

My krayted Adv. Laser Rifle which I bought, its where it usually would be if it were scoped....so confused, being a new w'ponsmith myself!
