Thread: Triple Capped for High Cap Scatter

Hey, was wondering what kind of resources and enhancers would we need (quality wise not type) to make a High Cap Scatter triple cap. (speed, dam, sac)


any toughs or comments will be greatly appreciated

btw maybe the 3 cap would be too hard but just 2 is cool too.

185 -8 SAC cells with the best resources to spawn on your server and a 12 point smith can probably (depending on resource stats, doonium iron etc) double cap your weapon.

there are 185 cells? highest i've seen were 184
