Does anyone know if elemental damage is capped as well, and if so, what is the elemental cap on weapons that have elemental damage?

Well seing that Elemental damage only improve 1 or 2 point per xp point used I dont think that you would be able to reach cap regardless (unless the devs decide to inroduce some elemental dam enhancers which I believe would be an awesome Idea )

Anyway, what I am trying to say is that even if you used all possible points in the elemental dam line you probablywould only see an increase of 10-20 points and that would in to way warrant the lower min/max, higher sac or higher speed

From my experience, the higher the base elemental dmg on the assembled weapon, the higher return you get per experimentation point used.

Commando weapons for example, their elemental dmg increases quite a bit when you experiment on it.

keep in mind that elemntal damage hits every attack, and for the max amount every time (before armor mitigation at least).

I bet with power cells you could make a mean damage flame thrower under the damage slicing cap, put those points into elemental dmg instead. would be interesting at least.
