Yeah, they're worth something if you can find someone who wants to use a weaponsmith made sword over those ones you get for free on Kash.

Geo Cores are better than those. You get good max damage from Rancor teeth but the min damage will be low. With Geo cores you can increase the min as well as the max.

It actually depends upon when the teeth were looted. The post CU ones are similiar to looted geo cores, but they also have a SAC modifier.
