For me, it really depends. If they're bringing me the enhancing components, I don't charge any more than I would for a non-enhanced version of the same weapon, but they have to be respectful of my time. If I supply the enhancing components, then the sky's the limit.

Since, I am also Master Smuggler what I have found is to tell the person pay me what you fell it is worth to you. By doing that I made a Custom order DE10 with the person providing me all componets and the tissues were 120 max. The end result was a 512 max DE 10. He was extremely generous in paying for me to make it for him. 5mil.

In response to the krayt explosion and the resulting explosion in requests from people for custom weapons, I've had to modify my custom crafting fee.
If the customer provides the tissues for a weapon: 50K for the first tissue and 25K for each additional tissue, disregarding the one used in the schematic. (I.E. Scatter = 50K, Laser Carbine = 100K, Jawa = 150K, T21 = 275K)
If I provide the tissue used in a weapon: (price I paid for tissues) * 10% to 25% + 50K
That % increase holds true anytime I have to use enhancements from my own inventory.
Melee weapons where customer provides the enhancements: 50K to 100K, depending on the weapon.
These fees include access to my best resources, my 12pts, my time, factory time if necessary, any crafted scopes or stocks they wish used, and the crafting food used.
The fees are a little higher than I would like, but it was a necessity. It's nearly impossible to catch up to all the requests for custom krayted weapons now, and I'm already dangerously close to the "assembly monkey" moniker. Tissues have absolutely zero value as enhancements if one can't find a WS willing to incorporate them into a weapon. With the advent of the dragon spawn rate increase, the profession is undergoing a fundamental change. Instead of remaining a vendor-based supplier we need to adapt to become more of a service-based industry than before. It's the only way to compensate for the drop in enhanced weaponry sales and prevent irrelevancy.
