ok i am wondering 2 things..... what are good resources for grinding to master ws and which weapon should i make over and over again....

Look at the stickies above - there are two ways - the slow way using easily obtainable resources or the 'millionaires grind' using rare resources, spending loads of cash but you do it much quicker. The sticky lists everything you need to do.

In terms of resources you need - unfortunately you need just about everything lol. Once again there is a brilliant guide outlining what resources are needed for what, it also includes a 'what you do with loot bits' list which i found invaluable reference for the first 3 months. It also lists the properties important for each resource.

Finally the majority of rsources need 50% conductivity and 50% overall quality, but there are a lot of things that need 100%SR and others that need UT - so its not easy to list here..... its all in the stickies tho.
