What would be considered Fair, Good, Exception stats for Proj. rifle barrels etc.??


I ask becaus when I loot these I have no idea if they are any good for anything or not.

My crafted barrels have 20/20 Dmg and -0.56 Speed.

Using the best shifts 20/20 -0.5'ish is what you should aim for.So, anything like or better than those are great. Serial number lot sizes dont matter, but if the damage is like 10/10 -0.8, keep it. Lately speed hasbeen in more demandthan damage on projection munitions.
