Do they enhance stats? I've never used one and don't want to dump 200k on one if they dont do jack....

It's apparently a lightsaber component (and thus is useless because there are no jedi)

What are pearls used for? How are they different from crystals?

They function the same as a damage crystal. They differ from damage crystals in the max reduction in speed mod, Other than that all other mods seem to have the same caps.

Hey everyone!

I remember the devs changing the drop tables of Krayt dragons so that only certain ones drop pearls a while back, but I don't remember which ones drop them. Anyone know what size of dragon I need to be hunting to find pearls?

They are currently still dropping from all Krayts - even though they announced a while back that it would only be Giants and Ancients dropping them.

After spending many hours the last week out there, Juvies are dropping Qualities, Canyons are dropping Premiums, Giants are dropping premiums and Ancients are dropping Flawless.

juvies give a lot of pearls

heck once ive even looted 7 pearls from 8 krayts(6 juvies and 1 canyon) pretty much one after the other

if ur gonna hunt krayts for pearls, do so now beacuse their prices are pullemnting

I have looteda couple. how do i find out what they are (good or quality or premium ect.)?

you have to have a jedi look at them they will be able to tell you what the quality is
