Stockes reduce SAC, but slow your weapon a bit
Scopes add accuracy, but also slow your weapon
If you have good ressources, the speed drawback is negligible
i can get stocks to craft at.
Sac -11
Speed +0.055
Pre cu ones are
Sac -20
Speed 0.0
havent made any scopes yet as ive still got stacks of pre cu ones. (accuracy +16 Wound+11 i think)
just thought id post this to give you some idea of the stats.
the scopes and stocks are still optional on all weapons (same as pre cu)
stocks on carbines/rifles
scopes on all (apart from T21)
Although optional i think that they are a must as with out a stock you effectivly gain a +sac of at least 10, and scopes are usfull for accuracy (wound doesnt matter so much as its caps easily while crafting the weapon anyway) as it is a damage modifier meaning players will hit for more* and miss less in combat.
* not quite sure how the accuracy works with the damage but im sure there will be a thread on it in here somewhere
