I'm a master bounty hunter/master smuggler and sometimes I want to be out of the 35m range. I figured I'd come here to ask the experts what the best carbine is that has the highest damage/lowest SAC and no cert. Thanks for your help in advance!

Even though it's only a level 40 weapon, the DXR6 carbine has the unique perk of a max range of 65 meters. Might surprise a few riflemen with that.

Also, to see if there is a good 12pt master weaponsmith on eclipse that would sell me a carbine you all suggest.

I'd have to double check but I think I have a converted laser rifle that is also 65m

To answer your question: Elite carbine.
Cl 54 weapon, no skills requirements
As for SAC, it's basically the same for every carbine. no difference. Depends only of how it is crafted.

If not, you should ask a CSR to fix it, cause laser rifles are supposed to have 65m range
