I've heard people discussing the usage of power cells instead of krayt tissue in weapon crafting. I haven't seen these around, are they lootable like krayt tissue is? If so, what drops them? Thanks.

They drop from NPC BH marks.

They are looted from Bounty Hunter NPC missions.

Just a little info for you. If and when you do get some, unstack them before you do a factory run or else you will end up with one ABPH.

oh yeah, that happened to me a couple days ago with krayt tissue. Pretty damn dissapointed, let me tell ya. hehe
