Thread: Putting together a 12pt suit
I am a new Master Weaponsmith, and I recently purchased the following :
Aweaponsmith's Toolset ( +3 Weapons Experimentation )
Clothing Attachment +9 Weapon Experimentation (with +5 One handed melee Accuracy)
Clothing Attachment +8 Weapon Experimentation (with +13 droid trracking speed)
My question is this: I know the toolset is separate and built right into the bandalier, but for the clothing attachments, can I put them on 2 separate pieces of BE clothing that has +17 Terrain Negotion, and +17 unarmed damage built in. One is a shirt with 3 sockets available, and the other are pants with 2 available sockets.
is it possible to add these attachments to this type of clothing and have it work properly? With the items I have listed, and if I wear them, will I be a 12pt weaponsmith? Or do I need more attachments? I want to be sure I do this correctly before placing these items on the clothing because I paid a pretty penny for these. I am nervous about just sticking them on and messing it up, so I am asking for advice. i would love to stick it on this clothing because of the stats that are already there.
Thanks for your input!

Yes you can put the attachments into BE clothing and the mods will work fine - as the +3, +9 and +8 = 20 they would make you a 12pt'er.
Couple of tips.
1) Make sure they go into seperate items of clothing as 2 types of mod won't stack and you will lose the value of the lower one. (e.g. a +9 and a +8 in the same peice of clothing will only give you +9)
2) Before you make your suit, invest in some 4 socket clothing - shop around until you find some. At some point you may want to add other mods and the more sockets you havethe easier this will be.
Thanks...
Oh the bandalier has 3 sockets in it also... would that be considered stacking if the +3 were the BE part, and the CA another?
After thinking for a bit, I will probably look for 4 socket clothing, as I am thinking bringing out those attachments to the wild driving around and getting killed would decay them, and the BE clothing is meant for driving etc.. I dont want to lose these, they cost me 12.5 mil to get those 2 attachments!
So I guess I better start looking for some sharp clothing to make my weaponsmith look nice!

Yeah the BE mods and CA modswouldn't stack with each other either.
Yeah since its such a big investment of credits its a good idea to make your suit look smart ![]()
