I posted this in my galaxy forum but I thought it was worth a post here too since it's a fairlyrare item.

Every once in a whilewe get to craft something really special or unique. Working on these items is what makes weaponsmithing fun and last night I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to create an item that would make many Wookie Riflemen very, very happy: The Dragoncaster.

I uploaded a pic here: http://www.imagedump.com/index.cgi?pick=get&tp=23729

Now I know there are other rifles out there that do more damage or have a higher AP rating but the Bowcaster is arguably the coolest weapon in the game and what makes it really stand out is the very low Mind cost.

For those that like the details, the pictured weapon is unsliced and it was made with +81 Krayt tissues and a +25 projectile feeder enhancement.

Well done! I've been waiting to get one of those new alleged high end projectile feed enhancers before attempting to make a supercaster. What speeds were on the enhancers you used? If I may ask (and will all due respect), why did you not add a scope? I hope you get a sickening damage slice on that.

The buyer got a 28% damage slice so I believe it's just over 500 dmg now. I didn't add a scope to this one because I didn't have the resources to experiment down the HAM enough and that's really what the end goal was. I believe the buyer is a Master Rifleman so his accuracy bonuses supplement the lack of scope nicely.

Very impressive! Makes me wish I could craft these things myself. =)
