Thread: Speed on components vs final weapon speed

Anyone figured out how this works. It is no longer just adding the speed on components. I made two hc Scatter, one made with abph maxed on speed (-1.86) and the other exp on damage (speed -0.81 if I remember correct). Scatter come out 1.87 speed vs 1.99 speed
