Hey, will the toolchest with +5experiemnt, +3 assembly make me an 11pt ws or will it take a lot more?

You need more then that.

Weaponsmith/Chef WP -741 2937 outside mining outpost on Dantooine.

Wowie weaponsmith/chef/merchant
Nosfeast swordsman/smuggler

Every +10 in experimentation you get another point to experiment with. So make yourself a +20 experimentation suit and you can be a 12- point Weaponsmith
