when is the best time to repair a weapon? i hear conflicting opinions about this all the time...at what level of decay is loss of condition more likely?..i've heard anywhere from 25% of full strength to 25% left..is ther a difference or is it a crapshoot at any level of condition?

i would love to hear the opinions of some mws who have educated opinions.thanx in advance

thanx..i did not know that..so do the repair close to but not below 25%? correct?
