Hi All!

I wonder if any of you could help a future Weaponsmith? I have for 3 weeksnow got another account running(no, not a jedi unlock..) and have decided to run this one as a professional weaponsmith. Since Zhatras have a big brother named Niccolado on FarStar he got a headstart compared to many in equipment and is now the happy owner of a great Weaponsmith Station and a Very Nice Weaponsmith Experiment CA +13. I have got the levels 1-0-2-0 in Weaponsmithing and know the most basic in producing weapons, but imstill very n00b on information, and now I need your help ladies and gentlemen:

1. As I say I got a nice CA of Weaponsmith Experiment +13, but I know there is Assembly CAs out there too. Now, I would first like to know if I should go all the way, getting +25 points in experiment, or I should spend a few points, and putting them on a CA of Weaponsmith Assembly? And If so, how many points should I spend of the maximum possible 25 points on Assembly? When I use the experiment CA +13 only, I will have 12 points remaining. should I use all those on Assembly? How should I spend those +25 points maximum? I also got a Weaponsmith toolset.

2. I have heard that peeps are speaking about puttin +2 experiment behind their name, or whatever that means. (Can anyone tell me please) Is it so that 10 experiment points gives only one point to spend? And if I have 20 I got two points to spend? What if I got 13? or 19? do I only get one? Or how does this work?

3. Materials. There are some materials out there which seems very difficult to get like Thoranium steel. Are there other resources I will have to keep an eye for?

4. When I am creating a weapon wich require gas or fiberplast, it sometimes require good conductivity. but it seems that such items does not hold any conductivity at all so the bar under production are totally black. not nice and green as it should be. when going professional (i am now grinding..), do I need to ensure that all those bars are green before creating the subcomponent or the weapon, or at least yellow? How do I measure the quality of the final product?

I think thats all for now...I am very happy if anyone could answer me some or all of my questions. I like being weaponsmith so far, but it gives me a headache sometimes :=/

If you have other good advice too, please feel free to come with them. All help are very much appreciated!!!

the +25 for experimentation and assembly are independant, i.e. you can have both, +20 is the most you need for experimentation, the other 5 will have no effect on points of experimentation and no noticable effect on experimentation success rate.

2. I have heard that peeps are speaking about puttin +2 experiment behind their name, or whatever that means. Weaponsmith experimentation 100 (masterweaponsmith) gives 10 points of experimentation; 1 for each 10 of skill, with +20 from attachment you can get 12 points of experimentation hence the +2

3. Materials. There are some materials out there which seems very difficult to get like Thoranium steel. Are there other resources I will have to keep an eye for?

Class 3 Solid petro, Irolunn reactive gas, Diatium steel were ones that seemed rare to me, this is probably different by server

If there is no stat on the resource, then the stats don't matter and you can use low quality and still make an excellentweapon or component

Resources are very important. I worked on getting resources for advanced vibro units, advanced power handlers as well as other things like advanced reinforcement cores and advanced sword cores.

I also made sure to get some metals with high stats like kammris iron for the high SR and polysteel copper for the highCD and OQ.

I only mastered weaponsmith about a month or so ago and I am still working on getting some resources for other things and also working on getting the best resources possible.

Anybody reading this, very important: SEA's aren't worth anything if you don't have good resources.

The quality of your weapons is 99% dependant on resources, these SEAs are only really good for enhanced weapons to ensure you don't waste or lose loot.

Aye...Thats true. And thats one of the only few things I already knew.

You will never make good items if your resources are not of the top quality. My level of Weaponsmith have more influence on my production then those CAs. But my hope for those CAsis that at the time I turn master. At the time I am a professional. I can give my customers the best weapons there is. To give my product the little bit of touch which will compete with the best!

lol. Fort they who knows me, will know I never do a thing half heartedly. Good Advice again Ybagi!
