Thread: Question on the Gorax

Is it just me, or is he broken? I've killed him quite a few times in the past couple weeks, have talked to fellow smiths, talked to friends, talked to everyone around me and I think it's been decided... Gorax is broken. The punk doesnt drop any bones... how can I make my berserker without bones?

I know a guy on my server who has like 200 gorax bone shards... told me he got most of those from only like 2 days of hunting them.He has sold me around 40 of them to me. So they do drop still and people are able to loot stuff from them.
He has a jedi so he was looking to see if they drop some type of thing like the krayt pearl but from gorax's instead. There was some rumor of a gorax stone type thing... he didnt loot any such thing though.

Well they WERE dropping yeah, but I havnt seen any drop in the past week or so... I'm wondering if this is just me.

he does NOT drop. I killed 30 times if not more for teh last month and not one thing

I got my stuff about 3 weeks ago I think. Im not sure exactly when.

yeah before the krayt spawn change my guild went out and collect over 150 bones for me, we went last night and dropped 6 gorax without 1 having bones were before out 1 out of 20 did not have bones.

SeaRaptor can you check on the gorax and see if they dropped the bone drop rate or if this is a bug

I personally got a few houses worth... until recently. The recent publishes seem to have messed up the drop rate.

I've read somewhere that he stopped dropping after publish 12. I've tried a few times since then and nothing.

I've been out Gorax hunting a couple of times with some friends since Pub 12 (last trip was on Sat.) We've dropped about 20 of them and never looted anything.

For what its worth, I've /bugged this in game, and also commented on it in the latest Publish 12 Live Issues thread.
Hopefully this can get a fix soon so we can get our Weaponsmith friends some Bone Shardsagain. =)

He used to work... I know cause I have a houseful of shards. Haven't bothered hunting him or the spider cause of it.
