Thread: NARITUS WEAPONSMITHS What kinda T21 stats do you have for sale

I'm looking for a decent T21 Rifle with the highest damage I can find, I can find lots of unsliced T21's but the stats seem to be all over the place. What is the average min/max that most weaponsmiths can make these rifles at, and where can i find them? I don't really care about speed as I am speed capped. I appreciate all the help you weaponsmiths can give me.
