Thread: Is geo loot worth anything? Is this geo loot worth anything?

So, geo loot is still in the game, but I never hear about it in the forums anymore. Soem friends gave me their geo loot to sell, but I have no idea how "unit integrity" plays into a weapon. Can someone educated in the ways of the geo loot tell me if what I have is any good or not? Tyvm

Geo pastes and red cubes (-10sac) give some nice power hammers. With a good craft Ive got 93sac ~1040max. The pastes are quite good. I made a scythe blade, but the stats were not impressive.

Geoloot is really not that special anymore. They nerfed melee profs and the acklay bones have no special attack cost reduction and the standard power hammer crafts ~107 sac and converted is 104, so acklay is poop. The geo blaster can use green cubes but I havent made one or seen one for sale. I believe it takes 3 enhancements + a geo cube. The de-10, beserker rifle, geo blaster special weapons pre cu; now come with a low complexity rating and this translates into combat level which usually means lower standard weapon output and lower weapon caps.


Even the loot for power hammers, not many are swordman and I have been used to scowering the bazaar and vendor search for really cheap parts. So if ur looking for somewhere to camp after losing the aakuan caves then the geo caves are not it.

Simply the adhesive is pretty good, the rest base. For finding a price on your server I suggest a galaxy bazaar search.


I have found that red cubes >-14 SAC with good adhesive >22 damage, makes better hammer then high damage yellow cubes.

Ah, so basically, reds and adhesives are the only possibly good loot coming out of the geo caves... Thx much. Kinda confused why acklay bones aren't good anymore...?

As acklay bones completely replace the normal component in Power Hammers, you're left with a component that can add a lot to Min and Max damage, but offers no speed reductions and (more importantly) has no SAC reduction. So which the damage will be nice, the SAC will be VERY high and the speed will be so-so. The only way to get the SAC lower in this case is to experiment on that line on the final product. And unless the bones are extremely good, you won't be able to get the damage very high if you just focus on the SAC to get it down to reasonable levels. In which case, why use Acklay bones at all.


So yeah, Red Geo Cubes (-9 SAC to -14 SAC) and adhesives (+10 max damage is the base and even that's useful, but +20 or better will really help to make a PH that can be sliced up to 1100 max damage while keeping the SAC low. With -14 cubes and +20 sol. agents, I believe it would be possible to craft a PH with unsliced stats of 500-1040, 2.8 speed and a SAC in the 86-90 range. And if the weapon is SAC capped at 82 the unsliced damage would be something like 450-960.
