what branch of WS is best to lvl first? are there resources i should start harvesting for weapons/components i will be able to craft later?

Wow...how to win friends and influence people. Grind to munitions 2 and then grind Heavy Warheads...Read the stickies...I just jumped into the profession and it is very complex..especially resource caps
